👉 రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తి చేసుకున్న ఉపాధ్యాయులు మెయిల్ ఐడి మరియు పాస్ వర్డ్ ఎంటర్ చేసి లాగిన్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.

👉 లాగిన్ చేయగానే TSAR యొక్క హోం పేజీ ఓపెన్ అవుతుంది.

ఇక్కడ ఒక్కో సెక్షన్ లో డేటా నమోదు చేస్తూ వెళ్ళాలి.

👉 మొదటిది *profile సెక్షన్*.

👉ఈ సెక్షన్లో ఉపాధ్యాయుని యొక్క వ్యక్తిగత వివరాలు కనిపిస్తాయి. 

👉ఇక్కడ  మనం ఇచ్చిన ట్రెజరీ id ద్వారా డేటా ఆటోమేటిక్గా జనరేట్ అవుతుంది. కనిపిస్తున్న  వివరాలను చెక్ చేసుకోవాలి. 

👉ఏదైనా తప్పులు ఉన్నట్లయితే edit సెలెక్ట్ చేసి సవరణలు చేసుకోవాలి.అన్ని సరిగా ఉంటే ఏ మార్పులు చేయనవసరం లేదు.

👉ఉపాధ్యాయుని పేరు, పుట్టిన తేదీ, కులము, ట్రెజరీ id, మండలం,జిల్లా, పాఠశాల పేరు మండలం జిల్లా మొదలైన వివరాలు కనిపిస్తాయి.

👉 *Academic qualifications*

👉 ఈ  సెక్షన్ లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు తమ యొక్క అకడమిక్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్ వివరాలు fill చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది. హైయెస్ట్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్, పాస్ అయినటువంటి యూనివర్సిటీ పేరు,year మరియు చదివి సబ్జెక్టుకు సంబంధించిన వివరాల డేటా ను సేవ్ చేయాలి.

👉ఈ విధంగా మీకు ఉన్నటువంటి క్వాలిఫికేషన్స్ అన్ని సేవ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. ఉదాహరణకు ఒక ఉపాధ్యాయుడు M.SC పూర్తి చేసి, ఆ తర్వాత MA కూడా పూర్తి చేసినట్లయితే రెండు క్వాలిఫికేషన్స్ సేవ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.

👉First ఒక క్వాలిఫికేషన్ వివరాలు సేవ్ చేయాలి.తరువాత add క్లిక్ చేసి మరొక క్వాలిఫికేషన్ సేవ్ చేయాలి.

👉  *Professional qualifications.

ఈ సెక్షన్లో ప్రొఫెషనల్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్ కు సంబంధించిన వివరాలను నింపాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయుడు పూర్తిచేసిన ప్రొఫెషనల్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్ వివరాల డేటాను సేవ్ చేసుకోవాలి.

👉B.Ed తో M.Ed క్వాలిఫికేషన్ ఉన్న ఉపాధ్యాయులు రెండింటి డేటా ను సేవ్ చేయవచ్చు.

👉 Experience.

👉ఈ సెక్షన్లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు తమ యొక్క,experience వివరాలను నింపాల్సి ఉంటుంది ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ఫస్ట్ అపాయింట్మెంట్ డేట్ నుండి ఇప్పటివరకు ఉన్నటువంటి అనుభవం( experience) పూర్తయిన సంవత్సరాలు మరియు నెలల లో డేటాను, 

👉ఏ కేటగిరీ పోస్టులో( SGT, SA,GHM,LFLHM) ఎన్ని సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి చేశారో ఆ వివరాలు సేవ్ చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది. ఒక్కో కేటగిరీ వారీగా వివరాలు నింపాలి.

👉తర్వాత సెక్షన్ లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు గత మూడు సంవత్సరాలలో పూర్తి చేసిన శిక్షణలకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలు ఫిల్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది. ఏ రకమైనటువంటి శిక్షణను ఎన్ని నెలలు తీసుకున్నారు. శిక్షణ యొక్క స్థాయి( మండల, జిల్లా, రాష్ట్ర, జాతీయ), ఉద్దేశ్యాలు, లక్ష్యాల విరాలను సేవ్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.

👉  Classes taught

👉ఈ సెక్షన్లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు బోధిస్తున్నటువంటి తరగతులు, సబ్జెక్టులకు సంబంధించినటువంటి వివరాలను fill చేయాలి.

👉 ప్రాథమిక పాఠశాల ఉపాధ్యాయులు అన్ని తరగతులు ( 1-5th) మరియు అన్ని సబ్జెక్టులను ( తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీష్, గణితం,ప.వి) ఎంపిక చేసుకోవాలి.

 👉హై స్కూల్ ఉపాధ్యాయులు వారి బోధిస్తున్న అటువంటి తరగతి మరియు సబ్జెక్టులను మాత్రమే ఎంపిక చేసుకోవాలి.

 👉GHM లు ఏదైనా సబ్జెక్టును బోధించినట్లు అయితే వారు కూడా ఆయా వివరాలను సేవ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు. 

👉ఉపాధ్యాయుల యొక్క అదనపు బాధ్యతలు,( ఇన్చార్జ్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, మధ్యాహ్నభోజనం, పరీక్షల నిర్వహణ, బాలల సంఘాలను కోఆర్డినేట్ చేయడం, లైబ్రరీ పుస్తకాల నిర్వహణ, హరితహారం మొదలైనవి అదనపు బాధ్యతలు) వివరాలు నమోదు చేయాలి. 

👉ఉపాధ్యాయులు తీసుకున్నటువంటి అవార్డులకు సంబంధించిన వివరాలను(మండల జిల్లా, జాతీయ స్థాయి, అవార్డుల వివరాలు) సేవ్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది.  

👉 Teachers performance

👉ఈ సెక్షన్లో ఉపాధ్యాయులు సెల్ఫ్ అసెస్మెంట్ చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది. ఇక్కడ ఇచ్చినటువంటి 40 ప్రశ్నలకు సమాధానాలను గుర్తించాల్సి ఉంటుంది. 

👉ఉపాధ్యాయుడు గుర్తించిన సమాధానాల ఆధారంగా రేటింగ్ ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. ఉపాధ్యాయులు తమ యొక్క సొంత ప్రతిస్పందనలు మాత్రమే నమోదు చేయాలి.

👉 Descriptive feedback

ఈ సెక్షన్లో మొత్తం 9 performance standards ఉంటాయి. ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ఒక్కో అంశాన్ని ఎంపిక చేసుకుంటూ ఆయా standards లో వారి బలాలు, బలహీనతలు, వాటిని అధిగమించడానికి వారు చేసినటువంటి ప్రయత్నాలకు సంబంధించి నటువంటి వివరాలను fill చేసి డేటాను సేవ్ చేయాలి.

👉 అన్ని అంశాలలో వివరాలను నమోదు చేసిన తర్వాత వెంటనే ఫైనల్ సబ్మిట్ చేయవద్దు. 

👉మీరు నమోదు చేసిన వివరాలను ఒకటి లేదా రెండు సార్లు సరిచూసుకోండి సంతృప్తి చెందిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే ఫైనల్ సబ్మిట్ చేయండి.
